RETURN POLICY:

Store Credit Only. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Bedding,  textiles, jewelry, throws, rugs, floral stems, sale and holiday items are not returnable or refundable. 

All furniture must be inspected upon delivery. Unless damaged or defective there will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned furniture. No returns on lighting if any wires are altered. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders placed by 2pm will be shipped same day, orders placed after 2pm will ship the next business day.  Orders can take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped.  Weekends and holidays may affect the processing and shipping of orders.  All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Shipping unless otherwise specified by customer.
